Founder and Instructor of Homebodie Pilates.
Movement has always been a part of my life. Starting with ballet, jazz, and karate as a child, and continuing through every sports team I joined as a teen. I’ve always loved the way moving my body makes me feel. In 2017, I tried my first Pilates class and instantly fell in love. By 2018, I began my Pilates certification training for mat and reformer, and in 2019, I became a certified Pilates instructor so I could share that passion with others. That same year, I started recording videos for YouTube so friends and family who couldn’t take a class in person could move with me online. I posted two videos before feeling a bit intimidated and taking a pause.
Over the years, I continued to take Pilates courses and co-founded a dance & Pilates studio in 2022. After co-managing a physical space for 3+ years and building a local community, I realized it was time to revisit a goal I’d set in 2019: making movement accessible online. That’s why I created Homebodie Pilates, to make movement and wellness easy, accessible, and fun, no matter how busy life gets. I’m thrilled to be moving again with friends, family, and my new Homebodie community, both online and sometimes in person!
