Movement has always been a part of my life, from childhood dance and sports to discovering Pilates in 2017. After becoming a certified instructor in 2019 and co-founding a studio in 2022, I realized my goal was to make movement accessible online. That’s why I created Homebodie Pilates, to make wellness easy, fun, and accessible for everyone, wherever life takes you.
